Every plan includes real-time order tracking, a branded tracking page, estimated delivery dates (EDD), shipment notifications, and Apple Wallet & Google Wallet tracking to deliver a better post-purchase experience.

Basic Plan

Perfect for small and growing Shopify stores. Enjoy a 14-day free trial with 200 additional trackings. After the trial, the plan renews at $10/month, or save with the Annual Plan for $108/year ($9/month).

Standard Plan

Designed for growing stores processing up to 2,000 trackings per month. Start with a 14-day free trial and 1,000 additional trackings. Continue for $45/month, or choose the Annual Plan for $486/year ($40.50/month).

Import Existing Orders

Trackr lets you import your latest order for free after installation. Need to track older shipments? Import orders from the last 60 days, which count toward your monthly shipment allowance.

Additional Shipments

If you reach your monthly shipment limit, you can purchase additional tracked shipments anytime without changing your plan.

To activate auto top-up service, follow these steps:

• Enable auto top-up service in Trackr app dashboard
• Specify your desired automatic top-up amount.
• Select and approve your maximum monthly top-up budget.
• Click Set and re-approve your current monthly plan with new auto top-up service.
