Integration With Trackr

As you already know, Shopify Markets is a fantastic tool for expanding your business globally and increasing your profits. Now, with Trackr - our order tracking app – integrated into it, your business can stay ahead of the competition.

You can now offer a tracking page that is translated into the language of each market you serve. This will improve the customer experience, reduce customer service requests, and increase customer satisfaction.

Your customers can easily track their orders in their preferred language, making it easier for them to understand and engage with your brand. Additionally, this feature can help you build stronger relationships with your customers, leading to increased customer loyalty and repeat business.

To translate tracking page, go to Trackr App ⇒ Translations.

Next, you can select the language of the market and provide your translation for the following blocks:

  • Tracking search blocks;
  • Tracking search results block;
  • Error messages;
  • Info messages;
  • Tracking status description;
  • Tracking statuses;
  • Tracking status hints;
  • Delivery update email’s subject;
  • SEO.

You can also specify the language for All supported markets, which will be displayed for your markets that are left without translations.

Trackr supports five languages – English, French, Spanish, Italian, and German. However, you can customize these translations by adding your own changes via Markets on the Translations page.

This feature can help you better serve your customers by offering a more personalized experience in their preferred language. It also helps you expand your reach into new markets, which can lead to increased sales and growth for your business.

As you can see, there are 3 types of tracking page translation available with this integration. That’s why, let’s consider the situation if all translation types are enabled. In this case, the translation will be prioritized in the following order:

  • Translations for a specific market and language take priority over any other translations.
  • In cases where a translation is not set for the market, the translation for All supported markets will be used as a fallback option.
  • If neither the language for a market nor a translation for All supported markets is specified, Trackr's default language will be used as the last resort. Please note: In this case, the translation depends on the language the customer is browsing in. However, if this language is not one of the five default languages (EN, FR, SP, IT, DE), then English will be used as a fallback option.

Conclusion

The integration between Trackr and Shopify Markets is a powerful combination for merchants who want to expand their business globally. With Trackr's multilingual support and the ability to translate tracking pages into specific languages for each market, merchants can provide a better customer experience to their global customers. This integration allows businesses to optimize their cross-border selling strategies, increase their bottom line, and stay ahead of the competition.
