2022 is almost gone, so what does it mean? Yes, we are going to celebrate this wonderful time of the year as well as prepare special presents for special people.

But firstly, let us share some results. For many people, the end of each year is the perfect time to look back at what you've achieved and where you may have failed, and - more broadly - plan ahead for the new year for you and your business.

  • Improved Design and Navigation Menu.

In order to save even more time, our team decided to make the navigation menu more user-friendly. After the release of this update, our users no longer need to scroll the page to find the desired service.

Now the navigation menu consists of several sections and looks like this:

Each section provides you with the detailed information depending on the section name. For example, the dashboard section displays your current plan, number of trackings used, delivery days and so on; the Translations section allows you to translate certain parts of the tracking page into the selected language. With the service, you can display tracking search boxes, error and informational messages, tracking status descriptions, shipping update emails, and more in a language your customer understands.

  • Analytics Dashboard.

A real-time analytics dashboard that allows you to get all the information you need in just a few steps.

There are 4 sections where you can easily manage the number of tracks used and available, as well as your current Trackr plan. It also provides you with analytic graphs that display the dates and total number of shipments in the store, as well as the rate of shipments associated with different order statuses over a period of time.

  • Shipment Management Grid.

The Shipment grid allows you to find the order and appropriate tracking number if your customers have lost their parcels and provide them with the relative tracking information including courier, order status and the latest event - all within one grid. Also, you can edit shipment details for each order.

  • Product recommendations can be added to email notifications.

The product recommendation feature can help shoppers find the products they are interested in, and showing relevant products to shoppers increases the likelihood of them making a purchase.

The ability to add product recommendations to email notifications even doubles the probability of purchase since based on our statistics, shipping confirmation emails/notifications have one of the highest open rates (on average 65%).

Product recommendation feature is a great free marketing tool to leave your customers with a positive post-purchase experience as well as boost your sales.

Let’s also take a look at some interesting stats we’ve rounded up.

  1. In 2022, the total number of tracked orders is 867,085. This means that Trackr Shopify app users used about 170 tracking per store. Looks like the number of "Where is my order?" requests have decreased by 170.
  2. The total number of shipment notifications sent in 2022 were 3,673, 604. The average number of shipment notifications per store is 723. This means that each store used more than 2 notifications per day.
  3. The total number of branded tracking pages created in 2022 is 4204. Order tracking plays an important role in improving the customer experience during the order fulfillment process. An order tracking page is a great way to keep your customers informed and reduce their stress about where their order is, when it will be delivered, and if there are any delays or exceptions.
